Consistency is Key
It finally happened, we made the move! If you didn’t check into a class this week or see the notification in PushPress, we officially moved along with IronFit to the new location at 1619 Golden Court in Marinette.
I will admit, after training in the same place for almost 5 years, the nostalgic side of me already missed the old location. That side, I can already see the potential in the new location.
It reminds me a lot of a very important truth in fitness - consistency is key.
Locations are going to change. Faces are going to change. Life circumstances are going to change. In the midst of all of it, consistency is key.
Consistency isn’t easy. It’s going to require you to get up when that alarm goes off and you had a rough night of sleep. It’s going to require you to pass on that piece of dessert. It’s going to require you learn the difference between what you want and what you need.
Here’s the beautiful thing though - Once you experience the empowerment of being consistent, those things that you feel like you’re giving up don’t seem nearly as great as hitting those goals you set.
It’s worth it. You’re worth it. Let’s make this next week a great one.
