PTL Fitness is CrossFit

Constantly varied, functional fitness, done at high intensity. This is CrossFit. The goal is to move better across different times and modal domains. You’ll learn skills across three disciplines: Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and monostructural cardio. Every class will challenge you both mentally and physically.

Everything scales in CrossFit, which means if you’re unable to do a movement, a coach will help you do the appropriate modification to achieve the intended stimulus of the workout. Modifications will also serve as stepping stones towards the ability to do the movement you’re scaling.

Personal training is available! Looking to improve a specific movement? Looking to get started in your fitness journey outside a class? We offer group and semi-private group training to help you in pursing your specific goals.

Join a Class

Join a community people looking to encourage and challenge each other in being the best possible versions of themselves they can be. Classes meet at IronFit in Marinette at 1404 Cleveland Ave.
